”Las atenciones del personal”

”The included breakfast was well prepared every morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk, even during late night hours such as 1:30 am. Just be mindful that at those hours, you must ring the doorbell. Room and bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend, even for solo travelers.”

”Everything was good.”

”Andrea was helpful, Luis was always there available to help as well. And security is high.”

”This place was amazing. They treated us like family and were attentive. Anything we needed, especially the older gentlemen that work there, I think he worked there in the evenings. I forgot his name, but I just wanted saw him. We appreciate all the help you gave us. I was there for my father being very sick, then within the days I was there, I lost my father. He did everything to keep us comfort and I wanna tell him thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. I would definitely recommend...

”Agradable clima”

”Loved the place ! Clean, modern, has everything you need!”

”Es un lugar horrible hice mi reservación, cuando llegue al lugar nunca me atendieron estuve esperando y tocando el timbre y también llame simplemente no hay atención. Solo espero que me reembolsen la reservación ”

”Nice and very helpful staff ”

”It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. ”

”Exclente en los siguientes aspectos: limpieza, comodidad, localización, servicio del anfitrión. No hay ningun aspecto negativo. Lo MEGA recomiendo y seguro volveré. ”

”The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive ”

”We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special....
