”The home is darling with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Checking-in was a challenge because the code would not work on the door and it took a really long time to get ahold of someone to help, but I’m sure they have fixed the issue at this point. ”

”We couldn’t use a unit because the door code was wrong. Guest service was not helpful and repeatedly asking if we know how to use the lock. We ended up squeezing 11 people in 3 rooms at 12:30am, with makeshift beds and jackets as comforters. Nobody slept well that night. Manager refused to offer reasonable refund or even call back to address the issue. It’s a nightmare experience and but we didn’t even receive a formal apology. Stay away at all cost.”

”The place was decent overall but the main detractor was listening to the people upstairs use the bathroom (shower and toilet) right over our heads while in the bedroom in the lower level unit. The waste line goes right through the wall in the lower unit and you can hear everything. Not worth the price to deal with that.”

”This is the 4th year our family (3 generations including the grandkids, now ages 5-8) have spent a long weekend at this large, beautiful, and comfortable house. This year we enjoyed a relaxing time, as always, and also loved seeing a great blue heron by the pond and a doe walking through the yard. We definitely hope to return.”
