”When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”

”Rooms were nice, but you could tell it was an older building compared to other motels in the area. No breakfast provided. Staff was nice. Bathroom was small. Lots of places to eat in area. Just a short drive to Hard Rock Casino. ”

”I always booked there when I come into Rockford for work, so things wasn't working like the refrigerator nob and tv remote was hard to control but the bed was comfortable and relaxing ”

”Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. ”
