Our newly built 2,000 sq. ft. home is located at the end of a quiet road, offering tranquility and a scenic walking trail leading to Quincy Beach. With easy access to buses and the Boston subway, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of nature and city life.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring during the stay
Damages: Any pre-existing damage must be reported and confirmed at check-in
Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the stay
Deposit Use: The host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair/replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount
Zero Tolerance for Police Visits
Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund
