You'll love this comfortable, sunny, private guest house. The studio suite features a queen bed that guests repeatedly say is "so comfortable". A great selection of pillows will help you sleep soundly. The bedside fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to your stay. A full kitchen lets you choose to cook your own meals, enjoy your take out or a simple snack. Relax with a walk on the property trails or just enjoy the views from every window.
The space
Large comfortable studio unit will take you to relaxation. Situated at the start of the wine and taste trails, you're close to everything Prince Edward County and Quinte West has to offer. This space is ideal for a couple, however the cabinet murphy bed will allow for up to two additional guests to sleep in comfort. Relax and watch TV from the couch or enjoy the full kitchen with all the essentials including a selection of tea and coffee. You'll find everything you need.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guest house exclusively. Parking is right outside your door. Enjoy the walking trails throughout the 30+ acre property, or just sit on the patio or by the pond to take in the sunsets and tranquility.
Other things to note
TV is provided, however viewing it is internet based. You are welcome to bring your own movies on a USB stick or computer to connect to the TV. A g o o g l e chrome cast is connected to the TV to allow you to view content from your device.

WiFi - A wifi extender/booster box is plugged into the electrical outlet to enhance reliable and speedy internet access.

Slippers suggested as the floors can be cool.

If there are two guests only and you would like to use the cabinet bed in addition to the queen bed provided, we will prepare the second bed for you with advance notice for $25 per day.
