”Checking process was smooth. The rooms were very nice and clean, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room has a very nice view of the city. Desiree the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs as well as the bell boy ( I forgot his name). The location is close to glorietta and greenbelt mall (about 8 min drive). They have airport transfer that is reasonably priced and have a good driver. The only negative comment I can make is that the way to the parking spot...

”Room condition is average, there is some kind of food smell maybe because it has kitchen facility. Air con unit is directly blowing at bed & it's noisy too, makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Air quality from the air unit feels dirty. I feel there is still room for improvement in term of cleanliness level, for the price paid for. Breakfast is not great, I have tummy problem with the breakfast. For the room rate paid for, I feel it's overpriced for this type of standards.”

”On the whole, I loved the staff and the facility. Couple of things could be done better. Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain. Hotel did share they will get me a mattress...
