âNice Hotel
I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too.
But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. â
âA hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list.â

âI used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. Itâs a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the cityâs main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didnât need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

"A good hotel with a good parking garage if you are travelling by car. We got a good room for three travellers. The room was bigger and had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff."
"Well located hotel, in the middle of construction area, and seems that the renovation inside the hotel is also badly in progress.
The staff at the check in desk was surprisingly rude and could see someone having a bad day.
The breakfast was versatile, but unfortunately quite tasteless.
Overall the hotel really needs a facelift in finishing up. "
