”The room with the kitchen was amazing. We have never had a full kitchen before and it changed our world. They provide almost everything you need (we didn’t have salt/pepper, ended up buying some before we remembered we may have been able to ask the staff). The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and also comfortable. ”The view from the harbour view rooms was absolutely amazing! The place was clean..The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a lot of good places the early near the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel..I wasn't very fond of. I had breakfast there one day.. and was not impressed.. I had to wait close to 30 mins just to get toast and egg.. I ordered scrambled and got an omelette.. for almost 30 bucks ..it was not worth it..there is a cafe close by that servers cheaper food that tasted way...

”We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.”
