”Nice, modern property with up-to-date amenities. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the Mayo Clinic was very convenient; however, it only operated once an hour. A 30-minute service interval would have been even better. The breakfast was also good and offered a nice start to the day. While the hotel is a bit farther from the city centre, its proximity to the airport is a definite advantage. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend staying here.”

”The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The waterslide was a huge hit with my granddaughter. Couldn't keep her out of the pool! The only thing that was an issue was the ice machines were out of ice most of the time. We had to go from machine to machine just to get a full bucket.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

”For some reason, they didn’t give me the king size room that I had reserved. No reason nor explanation given - i didn’t know til entering the room.
Breakfast at 6:00 wasn’t ready. Oatmeal, pancake mix, hot hings tricked out between 6:00and 6:20.”

”I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again.”
