”Harborview offers relatively basic accommodations, but we had no problem with that. It’s clean, well run by a pleasant staff. We chatted with the owner/manager and he is constantly working on renovations and improvements. It’s in a perfect location on a beautiful part of the coast and the prices are quite reasonable. I’m a photographer and I’ll definitely be using it as my base of operations for future projects.”

”i LOVED this place.... i loved the lobby, the staff at the front, and the staff that cleaned.. everything was so enjoyable. i was so surprised by how quiet my room was, as i was there for a wedding and i know there were quite a few other couples there that came in after me, and i didn't hear anything! the water pressure was amazing, and the rooms were clean and had ventilation. it is sooo cozy! ”The Inn’s service is top notch. They upgraded my room and my pup and I settled into a corner room with a king bed and water view. Dinner at the Inn was delicious and service was fast and efficient with the server providing excellent recommendations.”

”If I could create my own hotel it would be this one. It was the perfect place for us. Our room had a spectacular view. It was a spacious corner room with a pleasant balcony overlooking sail boats and yachts in Penobscot Bay. The lobby was equally impressive, creatively designed allowing for numerous paintings by talented local artists where we enjoyed both tea and a glass of wine during our stay. We will be back. ”

”The property is fabulous, but I found out that Expedia charged us $60 above the rate we would’ve been charged had I just called the hotel directly. They completely misled us. So do stay here, but don’t use Expedia to book it. We will return in the future and booked directly with the hotel. Also, the hotel delivers breakfast in the morning and it’s delicious! Highly recommend.”

”Camden is a nice town and the Riverhouse is convenient to the waterfront, shops and restaurants in the center. They offered an included breakfast, parking and encouraged mingling around the backyard firepit. I had scheduled one night there, would have liked to stay longer.”

”The room was very nice, well appointed, colorful, quiet, comfortable. Staff was outstanding! Very friendly, personable, focused on guests. Home cooked continental breakfast was great! Really felt welcome & appreciated. Great location!”
