You walk straight into the heart of the home — a renovated open-plan kitchen and dining space in a clean, modern palette: white shaker uppers, driftwood-toned lowers, quartz counters, and a ripple-tile backsplash running wall to wall. Coat hooks and a boot bench sit just inside the door, keeping gear nicely out of the way. Appliances include a four-burner induction cooktop, a countertop air-fryer oven, an over-range microwave, full-size fridge, and a dishwasher. There is no traditional wall oven — cooking is via induction cooktop and countertop toaster-oven. A drip coffee maker is stocked with locally-roasted beans. The live-edge wood dining table seats six, with large windows pulling in afternoon light and sliding glass doors opening directly onto the back patio.

Living Area and TV Room
A comfortable sitting area anchors the space, with seating for two or three and a large window looking out to the trees. The main TV is in the rec room, so this space stays quieter — well suited to reading or unwinding after a day outside. The TV room has generous seating facing a large wall-mounted flat screen with soundbar.

One King Bedroom
A king bed with quality linens, a flat-screen TV, and a dresser. Carpeted and quiet — built for sleeping in.

Two Queen Bedrooms
Queen beds with quality linens, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, and a closet. Wood-framed windows with blinds keep the room dark and private.

Bathroom
This beautifully designed bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with ample counter space, and fresh white towels. Locally made toiletries are also provided.

Laundry
A stacked washer/dryer is tucked into a closet for your use.

Hot Tub
The private hot tub sits on the back deck and is open year-round. Step in and you're looking straight out over green open fields to the Rocky Mountains. The surrounding deck has covered outdoor seating for dining and a separate area to sit in the sun.

Outdoor Space
The back of the property is a proper outdoor room. Sun loungers face the open field and a gas BBQ is set up with propane ready to go. Stone retaining walls, mature trees, and a fenced perimeter give the yard real privacy. From the street, natural stone steps lead up through the landscaping to the main entrance — the log exterior and established garden make a strong first impression on arrival.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
