”Good hotel it could use a little bit of work for instance the bathtub didn’t have any way to take a bath because the stopper part was missing and a few other minor things but overall it was good”

”Non smoking room was an ashtray. Changed room. Veey dirty and run down. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Pool was closed, we were very disappointed. Stay out of here.”

”Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome addition!”

”The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good.”

”Owner nor management gave any thought of to inform multiple customers that they were rebooked/relocated to a completely different hotel (operated by the same owner). This is not something you have a front desk employee notify customers about the night they attempt to check in; on top of being relocated to a subpar, much smaller, less amenities, outdated, and inoperable room. All this with the guise of attempting to make it seem like I (the paying customer) was getting a deal by having only $40...

”The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work. It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The...
