The Ankerplatz apartment in Radolfzell (city center) is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The 98 m² apartment features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, and a separate WC, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated home office workspace, and a TV. The beds have new, high-quality medical pocket spring mattresses (firmness H2), ensuring optimal sleeping comfort, even for guests with back issues. A baby cot and three high chairs are available upon request, and power outlets are fitted with child safety covers. Please note there are three steps inside the apartment.



Enjoy the covered south-facing balcony with awnings, perfect for sunbathing all day in good weather. The property is close to the lake, with a tennis court about 15 minutes away on foot. The lakeshore is nearby, and a SUP rental is just a ten-minute walk. The Lake Constance cycle path passes directly by the apartment, offering an ideal starting point. Public transport is within walking distance (bus stop 75 meters away) and can be used free of charge with the guest card.



A parking space is available on the property. You can securely store and charge your (e-)bikes. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation.
