Hotellit kohteessa Rai, Kuwait City

”The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

”Hotelli yllätti iloisesti meidät palvelullaan. Lentokenttäkuljetus toimii 24/7 ja on ilmainen. Olivat aamuyölläkin meitä heti sovittuna aikana vastassa. Saimme huikean huonekorotuksen, kiitos yöllisen respan. Loistava aamiainen (omeletin paistaja, paljon vaihtoehtoja). Rauhallinen huone. Ulkoallas kivan suuri ja lämmin. Illalla monipuolinen illallinen. Pianon- ja viulunsoittaja aulassa, taateleita ja juomista aina sisään tullessa. Parturi, kahvila, ravintoloita. Kuntosali ja saunat. Henkilökunta...

”Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Location of the hotel is OK but not very well accessible. Standard room was really standard with very limited physical space in the room. No drawers to put away your stuff so I literally lived out of my suitcase. Room service, which was advertised to service you 24/7 did not meet the promised standard. The rate was acceptable, actually fairly good, considering hotel rates in Kuwait City. Basic breakfast at a reasonable price.”

”They let me both check in early and keep the room a bit extra after the check out time so excellent customer service from those two already. Room was clean and well-equipped and the location of the hotel is very good right by the grand mosque and also close to the airport bus #13. Breakfast was good and they even asked if I wanted an omelet. All in all very good hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone travelling to Kuwait. ”

”Need maintenance for sure and cleaning ”

”hotel was good, the only remark (important) is that swimming pool was not working during Ramadan (they said it was due to Ramadan, although the same week in Oman and Bahrain hotels all swimming pools were open) So the excuse is poor. Have chosen this hotel just because of the pool :-(”

”Just splendid experience, very fancy and new hotel at good location ”

”Todella ystävällinen palvelu ja henkilökunta auttoi myöhäisessä kirjautumisessa. Todella ymmärtäväinen henkilökuntaa ”

”Huone oli siisti”

”The location is good, near to the Cornish, however having limited parking spots, the Egyptian receptionist was not friendly, the breakfast buffet was not bad, it needs more variety, the mattress and pillow were hard. All in all, it’s OK. ”

”Very good service, clean, punctual, high-quality all around. The hotel is located very centrally so good connections all around, but in the middle of high-traffic corner so walking around is not very comfortable. Very good for business. For leisure the surroundings will require taking a taxi to the nice places.”

”Great staff”
