This property is perfect for the family with the master bedroom/parents retreat separate from the main house, offering a walk-in robe and private ensuite.

Three additional bedrooms are in the main section of the home and are serviced by a spacious, two-way bathroom with a shower over bathtub and separate toilet. The house maximises the bush and beach location by capturing the sea breezes to stay cool during the warmer months.

The modern kitchen overlooks the open plan living area and flows seamlessly out onto the expansive deck that links the main house to the master bedroom. Easy access from the deck to the resort-style swimming pool which also boasts a waterfall feature and additional decking with a cabana providing shade and cover beside the pool.

The laundry with washing machine and dryer is located at the rear of the property.

Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

* Please note - Property is equipped on the exterior with security cameras by the pool. Cameras facing the pool will be disabled during guest visits

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
