”My daughter was running in the Lake Placid Marathon and we decided to stay a little out of town. We were very happy to have found this lovely little gem next to the golf course. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The decor was Adirondack chic with queen bunk beds and kitchenette area. We will stay here again and for a longer period of time!”

”If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...

”At the very first moment, the owner Al made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was cosy and comfortable with all the necessary thing one would need. Breakfast was ok. Since we had been on the road for almost two weeks prior to our arrival, Al insisted we use his washing machine to wash our clothes! ”Got handicap accessible room and handicap chair in shower broke. We spoke with staff and they comped room for one night only. The accident ruined our whole trip and we travelled over 900 miles. We had 2 rooms for 2 days. We eneded up going to the dr due to the fall and realized wrist was broken. We contacted the hotel by emaio and now they wont even respond. Then there were kids running on floor above us until about 2 am.”

”I was so surprised how nice our room was. It’s been renovated recently with taste. The room was clean and inviting. It was very quiet. The dining room where the included breakfast is serve is very pleasant. The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. It exceeded all expectations.”
