”The location is great especially if you have a car or the folks at the lodge will set up a driver for you. The beach is steps away, the pool is clean and the grounds are well kept. ”

Sijainti oli aika kaukana kaupungista ottaen huomioon, että se oli jyrkän mäen päällä. Oikea sijainti oli kauempana kaupungista kuin Hotels.comin kartalla näkyvä. Kaupungista ja kaupunkiin pääsi onneksi pikkubussilla.
Omistaja asui ihan vieressä ja hänen kanssaan kommunikointi meni sujuvasti WhatsAppilla.”
”Pidin siitä, että hotelli oli sopivan kokoinen ja persoonallinen
boutique-hotelli. Majoitusliikkeen ympäristö oli kaunis ja
hyvin hoidettu. Suurin osa palveluista sujui hyvin. Kun esim.
wc:n huuhtelu meni epäkuntoon, korjaaja tuli heti soitettuani
conciergelle. Ainoastaan pesula-palvelu ei toiminut aivan
odotusten mukaan. Jättäessäni pyykkiä pestäväksi pyykkipussiin sänkyni päälle keskiviikkona sitä ei ollut noudettu vielä perjantainakaan. Mukana oli asianmukaisesti
täytetty pesulalappu....

”We had a wonderful stay at Secrets St. Lucia! The rooms were spotless, the resort was beautifully maintained, and the beach was absolutely stunning — truly a highlight of the trip. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The only area that could be improved is the variety of food options; while the meals were okay, a wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, a relaxing and memorable getaway!”

”Aivan huippupaikka. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä. Ei turhaa niuhotusta esim vaatetuksesta ruokaillessa. 24/7 altaan aukioloaika oli mieluisa yllätys. Ravintola ja baari valikoima loistava. Sijainti hyvä. Rantsu puuttui vaikka hotellib oli veden äärellä mutta se tiedettiin jo varausvaiheessa, joten ei haitannut menoa. Kannattaa satsata merinäköalaan - hienoja auringonlaskuja !”

”We stayed 7 days with our 3 children. The accommodations were above what we expected. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and patient with us. Savannah in the dinning area was exceptional and always brought so much joy to us. The grounds were always kept tidy and clean of debris. The food was so good we overate every single meal. 10 out of 20. Would recommend. ”
”We loved everything about it- even though there was a couple of things that were disappointing.. don't know if it was because of the renovating and transforming to Capella from Discovery Marigot,but the staff was sometimes a bit asleep so to say. We got wrong bills , ordered things like coffee while eating lunch and it never came..
All in all it didn't have that much influence to our holiday,staff was so nice and polite,each and every one of them.
