”They missed to clean room and staff was rude :(.”

”Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain.”

”Over all our stay was good. We were traveling from Orlando to Arizona and decided to stay in miamar for a beach day. Our room had a very weird smell to it but we got in so late that we just dealed with it. Maybe a carpet change is needed in the hallway and rooms. Smelled like cheese pizza. Staff was okay, not overly friendly yet not rude.”

”It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with not having very hot water - more lukewarm to cold. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to everything.”

”We had to make a lot of calls and requests in order for them to clean our room ONE TIME in 6 days. My pair of gasses were stolen from there. The breakfast area is very small for the amount of people there, long lines to get the food. The breakfast menu is very limited.. I make to attends to talk to the manager in regards of those issues, he refused to talk to me, even when he was seating in his office.. I have to call the police about the stolen glasses as the manager didn’t want to check the...

”I would have given all 5 stars but I had trouble with the shuttle picking us up in the afternoon. We would be standing outside and they would ride right past us. Also one night i had something that looked similar to mouse droppings after coming back to the room on my bed. I can’t prove that it was that but it looked very similar. I had not eaten in the room or anything and it was for sure not there when i left.”

”Overpriced for the location, beach access is tricky and timely, the shower doors don't close and the ice machines don't work and bread service is $9. But a swanky hotel.”

”We stay here every trip to Destin and love it. The best part is the private beach so it’s not as crowded as right next door at the public beach.”

”The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast buffet was much better than standard breakfast buffets with eggs, various meats, oatmeal and condiments, excellent coffee and different breads and juices. Within a 100 meters and you can enter SanDestin resort and can have a lovely walk along tree-lined streets to a bayside village with retail shops, restaurants and lagoons teeming with wildlife. So pleasant. Relaxing. Just wonderful.”
