”Parking was fine. The elevator was broken and we have major problems with climbing stairs so that was an inconvenience. Breakfast was limited. She didn’t have any help and we didn’t have coffee ready, no spoons, no yogurt, no water. ”

”The parking was great. The location was convenient to everything. The staff was super friendly. The evening snack was a full meal, and breakfast was a stunning buffet. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was clean and amazing! The gym was well stocked. The bartender did virgin drinks for us and was so sweet! ”Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...

”Front desk very unfriendly! All the vending machines completely out of product! No breakfast until 7am even for those checking out at 6am! I’m a rewards member but this place was not rewarding me! Place is going thru the motions! Room was clean and nice, housekeeping is on it! My dresser looked like a rat ate thru a couple of drawers. Yall are better than this! Come on ”
