Features include two guest suites, both with queen beds, two full baths, wifi, smart TV, a kitchen stocked with cookware and dinnerware for everyday living and a washer and dryer.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `baby proofing` -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the condo. It is only on the outside of the condo at each entrance, there are no cameras inside the condo. There is a noise monitoring device inside the home, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
