The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.
Guest access
Lighted guest parking is located adjacent to the suite with a sidewalk leading to the door. Guests will have keyless entry with keypad door lock.
Other things to note
The guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have two dogs and live on property. The one bedroom suite is perfect for two people but will accommodate up to four on the couches which are the size of twin sized beds. Extra blankets and sheets are provided.
