Enjoyable stay in Raleigh
The house was perfect for our trip and was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Perfectly located close to the airport and to the Cary USA Baseball complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing
This was my first time ever staying at someone’s house but it won’t be my last. This home was was absolutely beautiful and my family enjoyed also. And Albert was awesome any questions or concerns he was on it right away. One take away everyone was saying to try and have TV in each bedroom.

Family Gathering
A few of us came to visit family that also lived in this neighborhood, 5 minutes away. It was a good house, it was what was expected from photos. We had a tiny complaint that the upholstery had an old food smell but that was it. Communication was great, I even forgot my laptop and he messaged me to let me know immediately which was greatly appreciated.

Great stay, great location!
We enjoyed out stay and the cleanliness of the house. The location was great and so close to the RDU airport. The only downside was we thought there was an outside hot tub for us to enjoy, but it must have been the deep tub in the master bathroom.

Great stay!
We had a great time staying at this house for my sisters wedding. Everything was easily accessible and there was ample room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in a clean, safe community.

This was a great property for our family. We were in town for a football/basketball weekend in Chapel Hill. We had plenty of space and were able to congregate and visit between games and shopping. The property was clean and comfortable.

This was an immaculate house. Quiet, peaceful very comfy. A home away from home. Close to all the things on our foodie to do list. Owner was very quick to respond of any questions. A nice quiet neighborhood close to all things in Raleigh. Highly recommend.

Overall the house was very nice, with the exception of the master shower, the place was very clean. There needs to be extra attention to get the grout and corners and crevices in the master shower downstairs. We had a good time. Oh and the lawn was not maintained.

Loved how close it was to RDU. Clean house, nicely decorated. Great layout with large master and larger bath off of the living room. Wish the master had a tv. Ample space in kitchen/dining area. Slept 9 comfortably with a blow up mattress we set up in the upstairs game room because the pullout living room bed was not good. We loved the front porch swing area - wish it had a larger back deck or more seating out back (looks out at the woods). This house had all appliances and kitchen appliances and utensils you would need. Parking is tight on the street, minor issue— overall a great place to stay in the Raleigh area!

A home away from home.
Can’t express enough how great this place was. The house itself is very nice and big. We had a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep at night and get ready in the morning. The house also came with anything you might need to cook up some food and plenty of storage space for food as well. Albert was very attentive and responded very fast to any questions we had.

If you're looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation rental for a group of nine people, look no further than this Vrbo! Our recent stay at a Vrbo property was nothing short of amazing, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. First and foremost, the property itself was perfect for our group. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their own space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The living areas were also roomy and comfortable, with plenty of seating for all of us to gather together and catch up. One thing that really stood out to us was the attention to detail in the rental. Everything was well-stocked and in good condition, from the kitchen appliances to the bedding and towels. We also appreciated the little extras, like board games that made our stay feel extra special. The location of the rental was also ideal. We were close enough to all of the local attractions and restaurants that we never had to travel far, but we were also in a quiet and peaceful area that allowed us to truly unwind. Great location - about 20-25 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go in the Triangle.
Easy communication with owner, lovely house, and super comfy beds! House was right near main roads & highways so easily got to all around the Triangle attractions & museums in under 30 minutes.

Clean and Accommodating
The house was very clean and as described. The house was in a very quiet family-like subdivision and there were no safety or noise issues. Albert was very nice and accommodating as well. We had a minor misunderstanding but he was easy to work with and helped resolved the misunderstanding accordingly. We would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect Fit
We were a wedding bridal party and this was just the perfect space for our wedding weekend celebration. We were a party of 7, and the space was just great. Family friendly neighborhood
We rented for the weekend to visit colleges, there was 7 of us total. There was plenty of room for all of us and the bonus room was the movie/game room for the kids. The community was quiet we enjoyed walking in the morning. The kids loved the pool especially the slide. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils but we made due.

My family and I traveled to Morrisville to attend the AAU Jr Olympics. This property was a God send. After long days at the track we could come back to nice quite neighborhood and relax by the community pool. Property was just as describe.

Amazing Place to Stay
The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful! It is located in a nice neighborhood, close to stores, and restaurants. The home is also close to major roads for easy travel. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. If I had any questions I would message the property manager and he always responded within an hour, but most of the time it was within a few minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

One of the best rentals ever.
We've rented homes for vacation since the early 2000's in Amelia Island and other places. We had another rental last year that was very disappointing, but this was great in every respect! It's in a nice, new home in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely furnished. We had no issues and working with Albert was easy. Our daughter lives nearby, so we plan on booking this home again.

Very happy to have found this property for our stay! It was perfect in every way. Very clean and modern design in this home with all of your basic necessities included. Beds are super comfortable and the house is very spacious. Location is perfect - 10 mins from the airport and easy access to highways to Durham or Rayleigh. The host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. Could not have asked for anything better and will definitely be staying here again whenever I am back in the area.
