The Oaks @ The Oberlin Palais has iron handrails, two (2) shallow steps and a ramp at the main entrance. The Alcove @ The Oberlin Palais has a separate, private entrance on the naturally lit, walk-out basement level.

Fire Features & Local Regulations:

Outdoor fire features, including the fire pit, are subject to state and local burn regulations.

At times of elevated wildfire risk, statewide and county-level burn bans may prohibit all outdoor burning, including within residential areas.
During these periods, fire features will not be available for guest use.

These restrictions are mandated for safety and compliance and do not affect the overall use of the property or reservation terms.
