”Quite surprised of how clean the rooms were. When I first entered the parking area I thought it wss gonna be another dump. The owner/clerk told me he would refund me even though the internet said no refunds if I didn't like the condition of the room Well, I slept great. Beds were comfy, showers clean. It wad great.”

”I traveled from California to St. Louis, Missouri and Gallup La Quinta had the BEST 5STAR Room, with size and room amenities, cleanliness and upgrades... door magnets, shower pressure, tub, large doorways for handicaps,breakfasts, and homemade cookies at the welcome bar, with lemon water, hot and cold drinks, no host store, excellent bedding and mattresses, and more than I can mention. This stay rated higher on my list than the Hyatt Regency in St Louis, Missouri, that was triple the cost! The...

”The bed was nice and comfy, and the front desk lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. No air conditioner on in the lobby and it was very warm, only continental breakfast even though it was indicated as full breakfast on Expedia, no elevators, couldn’t adjust fridge temp because knob broken.”

”Room had dirty toilet with seat up. Kitchen dishes in dishwasher, so room just was not ready to be occupied.”

”Breakfast included until 10 am. Got there 8am, they were already out. Asked them to give us money for breakfast elsewhere. They just said you have to talk to Expedia. Expedia does not talk to customers.”
