”Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help.
