”We dined in the restaurant and found it so loud that conversation was impossible. Our Room service breakfast was over an hour in coming and then lacked silverware. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the water, but the insects were so bad you could not enjoy the balcony. There were children in the adult's pool and running the property through the night. For the price, there has to be better choices.”

”Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

”Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel. ”
