”Stayed in one bedroom apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Had a good kitchen and a personal sauna. Personnel were very helpful and spoke good English. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended staying a week. Location is perfect for exploring the area, close to Salzburg and all the beautiful lakes in the region. We would gladly consider staying here again.”

”Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! ”

As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. "Avoid this place. Pictures give the impression that the rooms have beautiful lake views. I booked a room for a really high price. When arriving, I found out that in order to get a room with a lake view, I had to pay 20% extra, and there were only a few of those rooms. Most rooms have a view of the wall of a neighboring building. The room was also worn down. It may have been a good room ages ago, but in its current condition, it is not worth the money they charge. Also, there was no AC, and even in early March, the room got really hot."
