My family and I stayed at Villa Stone in Čatrnja, Rakovica for one night while visiting Plitvice National Park, and I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. From the moment we arrived—late in the evening and in the rain—we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Mate, the host.

”We had a lovely stay! The host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a welcome drink in the fridge, and outdoor toys for the kids made it feel extra special. Very child-friendly and just 11 minutes from shops and a bakery. Highly recommended!”

”Modern, clean facility with a beautiful pool and playground for the kids. We stayed in a mobile home and it was very new & comfortable. Tasty food in the restaurant but it was a bit pricey. ”

”A very convenient stay close to Plitvice National Park when coming with car. It's about 8km from entrance 2 (so without car a bit remote). Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. The house and rooms were nice and there was a common kitchen inside and a barbeque outside. Everything was clean. The owner Jelena and her daughter were really warm hearted and gave some good tips for the visit in Plitvice. Can definately recommend this to everyone visiting Plitvice by car.”
