Luxurious 2-bedroom lock-off villa

This luxurious two-unit villa is in a timeshare resort where I'm an owner. This listing is for a two-bedroom lock-off villa that is actually two villas with a connecting doorway that can be left open or locked from either or both sides for privacy. Sleeps up to eight. Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

The larger PREMIUM side is a one-bedroom villa with a king size Westin Heavenly Bed in the bedroom. It has a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, dishwashing supplies, pots, pans, cooking utensils and six place settings; there is also a full-size dining table. The bathroom has a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, separate bathtub and a hair dryer. In addition to the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer. There is an outdoor grill on the patio (if a ground floor villa) or deck (if a second floor villa).

The connecting smaller villa has a queen size Westin Heavenly Bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, cook top, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dish cleaning supplies, silverware, pots, pans, serving dishes, dishes and glasses. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, combination tub/shower and hair dryer. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

Non-smoking resort; no pets allowed. The villa location is “floating” which means the location is assigned at check-in.

Reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Some guests ask if they can check in early. There is no harm in arriving early, but if your villa is not ready, they will send you a text message when it’s ready. While waiting, you can request an amenities card that gives you access to the main pool complex.
