INTERIOR

The private home is in the heart of Magesia Falls Cove, Rancho Mirage. The property features a large front yard with a two-car garage and a spacious driveway. The entry opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with views of the gorgeous backyard and mountain scenery. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room and feature a waterfall kitchen island with a wine fridge. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space.

OUTDOORS

Exit through the living room into the covered patio, which offers a beautiful view of the backyard and mountains. The covered patio features a dining table for six. The property also includes a five-burner built-in BBQ and BBQ island with seating for six. You can soak up the sunshine on chaise lounges, or enjoy your favorite games under the misters on the backyard gazebo with the mountain backdrop. The backyard features a couple of hammocks for relaxing, and on cooler nights, you can warm up with your loved one next to the outdoor fire pit. The backyard offers a small gate to exit onto the hiking trails in Rancho Mirage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom is situated in the east wing of the property and includes a king-sized bed, plenty of natural light, and access to the sun deck with views of the mountains. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedrooms two and three are furnished with queen beds, closets, and ceiling fans, as well as 42-inch Smart TVs, and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom, located on the west side of the property, features a king-sized bed, ample sunlight, access to the backyard, and a 42-inch Smart TV. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO DO

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage Cove, across from The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2.5 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
