”On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high. ”

”The hotel is well sitauated at Hermosa beach. Good for beach activities. Shops and restaurants close by and nice cycling path all the way south/north.”

”Parking was great, the staff in valet did a great job & super friendly also front desk was good. The only thing that I wasn’t happy was that the room that I got looked like they rushed to clean it, while I was taking a shower I saw the handicap chair inside the bathroom it had hairs & also the sheets had some type of crumbs ”

”Bungalow 4 is a joke. It reeks of chlorine, the AC is super loud and you have view if the tv screen over the pool. It feels like they turned a maintenance closet into a room. Its sucks, the hotel sucks, we left early and went somewhere else”

”Staff are wonderful, rooms and amenities clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family and will be back!”

”Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. ”

”3階以上の客室は、エレベーターを乗り換える必要があり、さらに端っこの1箇所しか無いためスーツケースを運ぶのがとても大変。(スタッフが運んでくれるサービスはなし) 朝ご飯の案内が無く、事前に支払っている内容を聞いても調べてくれず不親切だった。朝食付きにしない方が良い。 総じてスタッフのサービスがお値段の割にとても悪かった。景色が良いことで全てが補われている。”
