”First of all the check in took a long time. I had to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready. Second, I m a clean freak and I saw one of the things they mentioned is everyday room service. However, the people who cleaned the room did not change the bed cover or sheets they just replaced towels nothing else. I was so disappointed. I booked a king beach front with fireplace and every time I take my dog to beach and come back the room gets messy and I had to stay in the mess for 5 days. I will...

”We booked the accessible suite as the only remaining suite available, not thinking it would matter. The water pressure was terrible - we asked if we could switch (there for 8 nights) and were told yes 3 times before we were told no. Then they said they’d come take a look at the water pressure and never did. That’s a long time not to be able to wash your hair properly. Property itself was beautiful and wait staff was great.”
