”Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of...

”What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.”

”The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

”Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me.
