”The hotel and room were clean. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant except for the young lady at checkout. Was not friendly at all! Breakfast was good! The towels and washcloths were very cheap. Thin and hard. I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel was in a great area. I would recommend but don’t forget your towels and washcloths!”

”We paid extra for the breakfast room but felt it wasn't worth it. No bacon, just sausage. Orange juice from a Tropicana bottle. The waiter was lovely but they ran out of things and he was always running back to the kitchen. All staff was very nice. Free parking available across the street.”

”Had a weired smell upon entering the hotel but the room was decent. Nothing really to note as it was needed for an emergency situation and it served its purpose.”

”The pictures of the property are either from another location or from very early on when it was last renovated, I requested 1st floor and didn’t get that. Bed sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, door to the room would only shut with force. I didn’t expect much with the low cost of the room I guess you get what you pay for! I was woken up to a prostitute knocking on my door at 2am offering services.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The Inn also has a great history dating back to the late 18th Century. It is said that George Washington stayed there...

”The 1st room had some kind of flying insects on the air conditioned and in the window area, I called the front desk receptionist and she immediately moved me to a different room without any hesitation. Great customer service. I didn't like the fact that they don't serve hot breakfast. Only grab and go options. They shouldn't advertise they serve breakfast.
