Our spacious Rangeley lakefront home is great for families or groups, including the option to rent our cozy lakeside cottage that is located on the same property. Whether you are looking for a summer get-away on the lake or a winter retreat to hit the snowmobile trails or ski Saddleback Mountain, our home is the perfect location.

We are conveniently located one mile from the IGA grocery store and less than two miles from the quaint town of Rangeley, where you’ll find everything you need including eateries, shops and entertainment (movie theater, bowling alley, public park with basketball and tennis courts, marina).

This private property comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a bonus loft in master bedroom that has a king bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for 2 additional guests (allowing for accommodations for 10 guests),. Fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Washer/dryer. Spacious unfinished basement is perfect to store all your gear. Enjoy sunsets from our three season sitting room or grill your dinner on our deck with lake views.
Secured WIFI network access included. Two car attached garage. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Our waterfront property includes a boat house which stores a canoe and kayak for renters to use, or you can store your own vessel. Swim off the dock or from our small beach area that includes firepit and picnic area.
