Whether you're here to ski from first chair to last light or simply relax in a cozy alpine setting, this unit is the perfect home base.

Inside, the condo features a warm and inviting living area highlighted by a classic wood-burning fireplace—firewood provided for guests! Settle in with a good book, enjoy movie nights with the TV and DVD player, or stream using the provided WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meals between runs. A washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially for longer stays or families traveling with kids.

Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy the mountain air or fire up the gas grill (available mid-May through mid-October). With everything designed for comfort and ease, this condo offers the ideal mix of rustic charm and modern amenities.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen, Second Bedroom Lower Level Queen, Third Bedroom Lower Level Twin over Double Bunk Bed. Sleeps up to 7 guests.

Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.

FAQs: Two vehicles only! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. There is a gas grill (Available mid-May through mid-October). February vacation week is weekly only - Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday

Ski-In/Ski-Out: Early ski season at Saddleback can offer incredible ski-in/ski-out convenience, but trail access does depend on natural snow coverage and current mountain conditions. Some condos may have true slopeside access right from opening day, while others become ski-in/ski-out as the snowpack builds.
