”Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup....

”My stay at the resort was decent. The staff was nice for the must part, language barrier at times was an issue but nothing that would ruin the stay. The resort is nice, far from the city but good if you prefer quiet mornings and nights. The amenities on the resort i.e gym are not usable in my opinion, very dated and unclean space. The room are clean but dated hwever I did not mind the rustic like flare. If you are looking for over the top luxury this is not the resort for you. This is budget...

”Breakfast is continental with various additions. It does the job of getting the day started. The staff are attentive and will get you anything you want. The rooms are simple but clean but they do not have any air conditioning just some fans . The rooms can get very hot and it can be difficult to sleep. There is no fridge or coffee making facilities. Bring your own shower gel and soap as the hotel only provides a non scented soap stick for cleaning yourself. There is TV in the room but ours only...
