”I booked this hotel because it was close to friends I was visiting. My husband and I had been here before and had really liked it. The single room was small but very efficient and had all amenities that I needed. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff went over and beyond when I left some clothes hanging in the closet of my room. I needed them for a cruise that I was going on, and they shipped them to my new destination within one day. Not many hotels would have done this, it was really...

”Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at...
