”We were given an exceptional warm reception and introduction to the hotel, immediately being made to feel welcomed. Hotel is a lovely renovated old building, conveniently situated a short walk from Pont du Gard. Room was small but adequate, clean and well equipped. Staff at reception and when dining were the most friendly and attentive we met during our tour of the region. Would have no hesitation if recommending this hotel.”

”What can I say, if I could give a 10 I would. Set in the centre of town this property has an old world charm. Beautiful views over roof tops, our room was clean, spacious and full of character. What can I say about our hosts, so friendly, helpful and generous. The breakfast was a daily treat and the homemade yogurt was a highlight. They were also helpful for places to visit and helped us solve a problem with our hire car. We can not thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended. ”

”Kiva huoneistohotelli, jossa kauniit yleiset tilat aamiaishuonetta lukuunottamatta. Huonetoivomuksemme toteutettiin ja se oli rauhallinen aukionäkymällä. Sänky ja tyynyt ok, mutta matkalaukulle varattu paikka oli tosi ahdas ja pieni. Aamiaishuone aivan liian pieni eikä miellyttävä. Pitäisi ehdottomasti vaihtaa sen paikkaa jonnekin muualle. Valikoima oli myös suppea ja jatkuva puute vaivasi tarjoilua. Hyvä appelsiinimehu, mutta kahviautomaatin kahvi oli huonolaatuista. Hotellin sijainti oli...

”This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo...
