”The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time.”

”Leiligheten var helt ok, hyggelig vert som gjorde sitt beste. Hytten samsvarte ikke med forventingen på hotels.com. Her var det utsikt til en byggeplass, ingen all inklusiv.Verten kom med det du ønsket å lage mat av selv, og vi fikk en meny å bestille middag fra. Spasertur til stranden med få solsenger. Usikker på om bassenget i det hele tatt var i bruk. Billig massasje. ”

”Good location, plenty of activities, beautiful scenery, well maintained surroundings and clean beach. Very friendly hotel staff. Relax and have fun with program done by animation team. Great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. If craving for small snacks, pool bar is great. Plenty of activities for kids and for adults. Taxi from the hotel are expensive, but reliable. Hotel rooms can be upgraded they are not four star quality. ”

”I had mixed experience during my vacation. Some staff are helpful, others rude. Aqua and beach are far away from rooms, and it’s more challenging with only 1 golf car with 3 times off during the day. Aqua and beach close at 6 pm and with 2 and half hours break mid day. Overall, i think youth with no kids can enjoy their stay more than family with kids and strollers.”

There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. ”Aktiviteetteja paljon mutta altaat kylmiä joten niissä ei voinu uida. Markkinoidaan että on paljon altaita jne mutta mitä iloa niistä kun jää käyttämättä. Myös lasten altaissa muka lämmitys rikki.”
