We booked this hotel for 6 nights. Paid a pretty penny for what we thought would be a nice, clean, quiet suite. After arriving to our suite, we started unpacking and looking around our room. Half of the items that were advertised to be in the room, were not. The microwave was missing. The dishwasher was broken. No silver ware was available in the kitchen. We didn’t even have a garbage can. After about 30 min of walking around the room, unpacking, I sat down and noticed the bottoms of my feet were black. The hardwood floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. I placed a maintenance request with the front desk, listing the missing items, cleanliness, etc. The next day, nothing had been corrected yet. My husband flagged down an employee in the hallway that evening, and by the next morning, we had a microwave and silverware. Both were filthy and I had to hand wash everything. This hotel only offers housekeeping if your request it. Otherwise, they stated to place dirty towels outside your sore, and fresh ones would be left in a basket outside of your door. We did this, left for the day, and when we returned, the dirty towels were gone, but no clean ones left in their place. The following morning, I stopped at the front desk to request housekeeping service. We left again for the day, and when we returned to the room, all they had done was make the beds. Counters still filthy. Floors still filthy. And still NO Towels.
