”House located close to the sand bar and marina. Easily access grocery stores, lake, casino, golf, and so much more. House was stocked with tons of towels, pillows, covers, grill, chairs and fire pit. Ashley was very inviting and quick to answer any concerns. Our annual family vacation of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens and infant was accommodating and comfortable. Great for those that seek comfort, location, clean well kept home. ”

”Amazing location! We came for a wedding that was located on Rennie Lake, about 10 Minutes from our vacation rental. All we could think about was how much we wanted to return to our location so we could enjoy a peaceful sunset. The staircase is def steep but I felt very safe getting up and down them to the bed area. ”

”We enjoyed staying at the Hilltop Hideaway, it was as described and clean! The property manager John was great and accommodated what we needed and he quickly answered our questions. The property is easy to get to Traverse City but had a rural location. We would definitely stay again.”

”Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit.”

”Enjoyed a very relaxing stay with my husband and our dog. The amenities are awesome, the space is perfect for a nice little getaway and the access to the beach and hot tub is idyllic. We will definitely be back! ”

”Great location, perfect for two. The only suggestion would be a free standing closet or additional sturdy hooks rather than decoratve shelf in main room. Otherwise a great stay in Traverse City. Thank you. I will recommend your charming Victorian!”

”Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...
