”Easy 5 minute walk to property from the train station. Staff was very friendly and offered us Swiss chocolate at check in. We had a top floor room which was very spacious with two windows to open at night to cool off. They also had oscillating fans in the hallway to cool the room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. ”
”It is a quiet hotel were rooms were big and clean. There is also shower and toilet separated so it helps if you're travelling with someone. Kloten area is nice one and feels safe. Only minus is that if you want to go to Winterthur or Zürich, trains go only in every 30 minutes. There are areas were trains goes a lot more often. When I was leaving, shuttle bus was good option to get to airport and not too expensive.”
”One of the warmest receptions we have ever experienced from a receptionist. Nice friendly gentleman who greeted us with a smile and gave useful information about the hotel, area and places to eat. The room had hot drinks and the fridge was full of cold drinks.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

”The location is very convenient. About 5 minutes to the airport, yet less then 20 minutes to Zürich city center. The room was very good, though there were some grease stains on one wall. With the windows closed, noise from aircraft didn't disturb. A nice detail is are the controllable RGB lights to create atmosphere in the room.”

”Very nice hotel right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Zurich by boat or train both of which are right by the property. Rooms are updated but small compared to American hotel rooms and no air conditioning.

"Good hotel very close to the Kloten train station which leads to the city center. It's also close enough to walk to from the Zurich airport if you want to do that. I don't have anything to complain about the hotel since everything went smoothly 🙂
It's hard to tell how good of a value the 1 person room I stayed in is. Prices are high in Zurich, but still, this felt quite expensive for 1 week. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel especially for something like a business trip."
"Have now stayed a few times in Ruby Mimi when visiting Zürich on a semi-regular basis (we switched away from Hotel St. Gotthard.when we learned that it's owned by russians). Ruby Mimi is centrally located, everything is reasonably new and fresh and the staff is friendly. Make sure you have time to have breakfast as there are some fantastic cheeses and cold cuts you really need to taste.
The advertised "galleys" on floors 1-4 were a bit dissapointing. For example the coffee machine was missing, but with literally dozens of good cafés nearby the hotel this was no problem whatsoever. "

Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen.
Huone oli suuri ja siinä oli oleskelutila josta sai lapsille vuoteen sohvasta. Hotellin aulasta pääsee suoraan maan alta lentokentälle joten lähtiessä ei tarvitse kulkea ulkokautta kentälle. Suosittelen!"
