Thank you for your response. The daily Tropical breakfast consists of cereals and fruits; breads; tea; coffee and spreads which is inclusive in accommodation costs and does not include hot breakfasts. Therefore eggs will be an extra charge which was available on request. Unfortunately we have no control of the delivery of WIFI services across the island as this is provided to all businesses by Vodafone Cook Islands. Globally; we are all aware there is a people/staffing shortage problem; also here in the Cook Islands. Hence all guests are made aware of these no service days on arrival. Meitaki maata

Kia Orana Karyn Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We are delighted you had a great stay at our Hotel and were able to discover all the beauty of our wonderful lagoon. In regards to the parking situation, we have a limited parking space for our guests, that is usually sufficient. But in our peak season we discover a higher number of rental cars in general on the island and more outside guests using our Moana restaurant. We are aware of the fact that our Hotel looks a bit tired, therefore a refurbishment is planned for next year. We hope to welcome you back in the future at Moana Sands.

We apologize for the construction noise, as some pipes at the property had to be fixed and we are sorry this has effected your stay. In regards to the mold in the bathroom, we will address this with our housekeepers and maintenance. Please be assured that we are always doing our best to keep the rooms clean and tidy.It can be quite challenging in such a tropical climate, to get control over the mold. The property is planning a makeover of the rooms for next year, which should solve this issue. We hope to welcome you again in the future at Moana Sands Group.

We are working on opening our restaurant for lunch as well, but at the moment this is not possible. In regards to the insects, please note we are trying hard to keep the insects out of the rooms, but in such a tropical place, this is a real challenge. Kia Orana Tom, Thank you for your review. We appreciate our location and yes the all tide ability to snorkel is great. We have insisted on retaining our dedicated Shuttle service as it gives you direct access to your room regardless of your arrival time.
