”Loved the attentive helpful staff, the house cleaners were friendly and did a great job. Suggestion - it was disappointing and untidy to see dirty dishes at the bottom of the stairs, left all day some days Yuk (we were in room 1028) also we had a door into the next room, locked but could here lots of noise from the room next door unfortunately, Older womanwas telling off the gardener, she was rude and not very nice to him Sad to see people treated badly by their boss Breakfast was good Thankyou...

”The resort was well positioned right on the lagoon and had a lovely pool and grounds. The room was large and clean but there was no TV, which I thought was a total failure. Some down time watching a movie after a big day out or during wet weather seems like a basic inclusion for an adults resort. The World Cup Soccer was also on so a TV would have been nice. It’s strange too because all the connections for a TV were in the room. The cleaner was fantastic and other staff were helpful. The...
