Hyvä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta niin respassa kuin ravintolassa. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde kaiken kaikkiaan. Pari ostoskeskusta kävelyetäisyydellä sekä Tower Linksin golfkenttä, jossa pelasimme 9 kierrosta. Vietimme 12 vrk ja tulemme varmasti uudelleen.

Loved this hotel!! So clean everywhere and staff is the best of the best, so thank you! Especially Sophie from the restaurant was always so polite and made sure that we were pleased with the food, and we were. If I someday come back to Ras al Khaimah, I would use this hotel again.

Hotelli oli hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Kuljetus rantahotellille toimi hienosti ja ranta + altaat olivat loistavat! Hotellilla oli tarjolla myös ilmainen kuljetus Dubaihin, mutta emme viikon matkan aikana mahtuneet yhteenkään kuljetukseen vaikka yritimme varata niitä heti ensimmäisenä päivänä. Aamiainen oli erinomainen.

Hintalaatusuhde kohdallaan
Ruoka oli erinomaista ja erityisjärjestelyt kuten kuljetukset hoidettiin mallikkaasti. Huone oli erittäin tilava. Ainoana miinuksena saatavilla on vain langallinen ethernet-kaapelilla toimitettu verkkoyhteys, joka on toki parempi kuin päin honkia toteutettu langaton verkko. Tällä vuosikymmenellä laitteet kuitenkin tarvitsevat Wi-Fin toimiakseen, mutta tällaista vaihtoehtoa ei ollut tarjolla.

Mukava hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Live piano soitto alakerran tuloaulassa/ravintolassa oli tunnellmallinen ja soittaja erittäin ammattitaitoinen. Aamiainen hyvä, monipuolinen ja auki riittävän myöhään näin aamu-uniselle. Alennukset Tower Link golfiin vahvistuivat vasta lähtöpäivänä (missasimme ne) vaikka kesäsesonki oli loppunut pari viikkoa aiemmin? Henkilökunta avuliasta.

Sijaitsee lähellä RAK:n keskustaa ja kauppakeskuksia. Yleisistä tiloista ja aamupalalta kaunis näkymä lahdelle ja ympäröivään kaupunkiin. Erittäin helppo, ilmainen yhteys upealle Hilton Resort & Spa -ranta-alueelle, jonne noin viiden minuutin matka. Dubai Malliin ilmainen kuljetus edestakaisin useampana päivänä viikossa klo 10-19. Jos haluaa viettää Dubaissa pitkän illan, maksaa taksi Dubai-Hilton RAK noin 185 AED (2013) eli noin 40€. Hotelli on melko iäkäs, mutta hyvin ylläpidetty ja tunnelmallinen. Ympärillä laaja puutarha-alue, joten liikenteen melu ei häiritse. Kokemattomista, tosin erittäin ystävällisistä ja auliisti palveluaan parantaneista kerrossiivoojista miinusta. Suosittelen myös perhelomakohteeksi, vaikka tunnelma hotellissa onkin hiljainen ja "aikuismainen". Ranta-Hilton on oikea lasten paratiisi.

Great staff. Beautiful pool. Good bar/hangout area. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. My ONLY complaint was the carpet in my room was very dirty (and even sticky). Otherwise this place is fantastic.

‏I stayed for one night. I love the room. Also the reception guy was so nice and friendly. I didn’t catch his name. But I met him when I checked in at night and when I was checking out in the morning. I like his sense of humor. I booked the very standard room with king bed. I didn’t get any upgrade. However, the room is very nice and spacious. Pleasureable city resort stay.
Very good stay. Room: 9/10. The bed was comfortable and chairs made the stay better. Bathroom on the smaller side but no universal plug next to the bed which causes issues with charging overnight. Good WIFI. Resort: 10/10 Beautiful and well maintained, large pool and comfortable seatings around the pool. Nice gym available. Restaurant on site but only ordered once so can not comment on it. Service: 9/10

Not a 4-star hotel
The hotel may be 4 stars, but facilities, customer service, and accommodating attitude were completely like a 3 star hotel or lower. They made the room but didn't vaccum or refill any toiletteries. We came from a swim and only 2 people could shower, with the very little shampoo and shower gel we could pump out. We asked for that and bedroom slippers at least 6 times before only partial toiletteries were sent to us. We had to call several times to ask them to come vacuum the room. The breakfast spread is decent. But dinner spread was minimal. If you can dine only on salads and appetisers, you'll be good. There were no main course options. We were celebrating a birthday and were very disappointed with our 2 night stay.

PAS ACCOMANDANT !!! ET BRUYANT FACE PARKING !!
En face de l'hôtel, il y a une boîte de nuit qui fait un bruit tellement assourdissant que ça résonne sur les vitres de la chambre. (Côté, parking de l'hôtel) Impossible de dormir jusqu'à 5h du matin !! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre il nous a été répondu, "on ne change pas de chambre" !! alors que l'hôtel n'était pas plein. !!! Incroyable, mais vrai !!! Il nous a même été dit qu'il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit !! (On est presque passer pour des menteurs) Le lendemain, il y avait une autre personne à l'accueil et nous avons pu changer de chambre. Il nous a même été expliqué que la municipalité de la ville était informée du bruit, terrible fait par cette boîte de nuit qui fait salon de massage. !!! Je pense que le monsieur d'origine égyptienne, qui nous a traité ainsi se reconnaîtra. Les matelas sont d'une dureté extrême, les oreillers, d'un autre âge. C'est très dommage, parce que le personnel est très gentil à part le Monsieur de la réception qui a été odieux !!! Le petit déjeuner, et très incomplet, je dirais presque qu'il est juste à peine suffisant. La piscine est exceptionnelle, les abords sont très propres, l'eau est d'une pureté cristalline, je suis spécialiste en traitement de l'eau, donc je sais de quoi je parle. Le petit bar est très sympathique, c'est un endroit très convivial.

The room is clean and the facility is good for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the sound from other rooms (slightly). Also room doors shutting was somewhat annoying. In total it was a pleasant stay if you want to go around RAK and want a good sleep.

It’s a nice hotel in an ok but limited area. It’s not Dubai but it’s also not a traditional area, it’s just stuck in the middle. The hotel was good tho.

Pool area lovely, back way river walk to Manar Mall and even closer Al Naeem Mall, (late just move past gates) access at a small cost to the beach at the Hilton resort, Jebel Jais zipline is amazing, effort free and very safe, special thanks to Naeem for passionate customer service, the discount for extended stay and all staff that made it very enjoyable, coming back for sure.
