Villa Laura is located in a small village near the east coast of Istria. Only about 15 km from the centre of Labin and about 4 km from the nearest beach, Villa Laura offers everything for a dream holiday. The surrounding nature, many cycling and hiking trails in the area, the proximity to the sea and other Istrian attractions, as well as many family-friendly outdoor activities, together with a stylish yet comfortable interior make this villa so special. It is located on a spacious plot with a green lawn, beautiful flowers and an old olive tree and of course the private pool where you will probably spend most of your time in the summer. The pool can be heated for a fee and also has a 3x3 metre area which is particularly suitable for small children, so all guests' needs are catered for. The terrace offers an outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue and leads inside the house. Built in 2020, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is divided into two floors. The spacious ground floor consists of the living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is even a fitness room where you can do your daily workout and a reading room where you will find various books and get the feeling of holiday relaxation. On the upper floor there are 3 cosy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, air conditioning and access to the beautiful terrace. All bedrooms consist of a large double bed, while in one of the bedrooms there is another sofa bed to create additional sleeping possibilities. On the 40 m2 terrace overlooking the surrounding area you will find a lovely hydromassage mini pool (size 160x200 - water can be heated on request, see notes below). Table football is played in the garden, while a children's playground and table tennis are shared with the guests of the two neighbouring villas. There is also a separate room with a pool table, which is available to all guests of the three villas. Kayak or boat hire, as well as boat trips, are available on request for an extra charge. Please note: Youth groups are not allowed.Sveti Lovrec Labinski is a small village in the eastern part of Istria, just a few minutes' drive from the coast. It is the perfect starting point for day trips to the famous towns of Pula, Opatija and Labin-Rabac. Labin is the historical and administrative centre of eastern Istria. With its rich cultural and architectural heritage, the area is a paradise for history and art lovers. The steep, winding streets of the old town centre are home to well-preserved historic palaces and numerous art galleries and studios. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants with lots of local produce on offer as well as many cosy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea. Along the unspoilt coast you will find quiet bays with gentle pebbles and rocks, surrounded by evergreen forests. With its numerous coastal and forest trails, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing hikes, horseback riding, but also as a starting point for excursions to discover magical Istria.
