Villa Pine Tree was built in 2022 with a modern and contemporary style of construction, you will be delighted by its luxurious interior and beautifully decorated interior. Guests have at their disposal 320 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is a perfect 2000 m2. The villa is only 7 km away from the sea, so at the same time you will be close to the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, and on the other hand away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air conditioned, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, and consists of ground floor and upper floor.



On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and TV.



On the ground floor there is a beautiful wellness room with sauna and Turkish bath where you can relax body and soul, and a romantic jacuzzi with a view. There is also a tavern with a wine cellar where lovers of delicious wine will be able to try top wines.



On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers.



On the outdoor terrace you will be able to refresh yourself in the pool of 42 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, while next to it you will be able to sunbathe on 8 deck chairs enjoying the magnificent view of untouched nature. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table, and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood.



Additional facilities at Pine Tree Villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa also has a separate toilet.



The yard of the villa is fully fenced, there are 4 private parking spaces. The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden and a garden where children can play freely.
