Beautiful home in Sveta Marina

Enjoy a fantastic holiday in this comfortable holiday home with pool and sea view.

The luxury Villa Marina not only offers you sensational sea views, but is also just a stone's throw from the beach. Enjoy relaxing hours in the elegantly and stylishly furnished living room with cheerful colour accents and a wood-burning stove for cooler days. Sit back with a fragrant coffee or have a little cookery duel in the kitchen.

Enjoy the marvellous view over the landscape and the blue sea. Have breakfast on the beautiful terrace or fire up the barbecue in the evening to enjoy a cosy barbecue meal with friends or family. Dive into the pool at any time for a refreshing dip and swim a few laps to your heart's content.

The beach is just a stone's throw away, so you can jump into the clear water at any time or spend relaxing hours on the coast of Sveta Marina. Explore the bathing bays and enjoy the turquoise sea, which is particularly popular with snorkellers and divers. Visit the nearby town of Labin and stroll through the historic old town centre with its alleyways, viewpoints and cafés. Take advantage of the location for excursions along the east coast of Istria or for quiet days between the sea and nature.
