Initial Impression: The self-check-in/out process was efficient, and the room initially presented as clean upon entry.
Missing Amenity: We were highly disappointed to find that the baby bed we required was not available or provided, which created an immediate and significant inconvenience for our family.
Severe Hygiene Hazard: The most alarming issue was discovered in the morning when I found bedbugs in my pillow. This constitutes a severe health and hygiene hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and this room requires immediate professional fumigation and sanitation.
Privacy Failure: Additionally, the room's curtain could not close the whole way, leaving a visible gap. This seriously compromised our privacy, as anyone outside could look directly into the room.
Action Required: Room 34 must be immediately inspected and taken out of service to address the confirmed pest issue and the basic maintenance fault with the window covering. We expect a prompt response regarding how these dangerous and unprofessional failings will be corrected.
