”Not worth of 13k for family of 3 - classic premium villa.
Old property not well maintained.. bathroom is ok although WC need replacement. Even no hook given inside bathroom for hanging cloths. Poor lighting in room , wardrobe. Shower area near Pool is in pathetic condition with water logging. Looks worms are playing with each other. Rooms has spider web. No tissues papers. No vallet parking, insufficient staff.
If u get this property in 5-6k, then stay or else look for better options.

”Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay with a good view and well-mannered staff. The swimming pool was clean, and the sports facilities were decent.
One area for improvement could be better load balancing during peak hours, such as breakfast time, to ensure a smoother guest experience.”
